U.S. never lost a major battle, and lost 58 thousand men. The Vietcong were wiped out, and the combined loss of NVA was 4 million. Public pressure back home, and political "pushovers" who did not want to lose their seats couldn't handle the guerilla warfare. Just wanted to let you in on that.
Don't group military with civilians.
